Faith and Reason

Faith and reason, sisters and soul mates
One for the heart and the other for the mind
One Foundation of all religions and the
Other the source of all philosophical thought
They are my only companions
Day in and day out
They walk with me and guide me
They are my only friends
When everything that I ever thought was mine
Was lost and I had to start over again
They were there carrying my spirit along
My source of inspiration
My reason of being
I owe them this life and more
